Don’t Drive Alone. Drive United. This theme serves as both the tagline and inspiration for the first television campaign for this Philadelphia-based chain of 16 auto service stores. The two TV spots feature two highly enthusiastic United team members, who go beyond the call to make sure their customers are happy.

Other tactics include radios spots, a CRM DM campaign, the launch of United's Rewards program, and various POP and display materials.
