Philadelphia – April 11, 2010 - D4 Creative Group officially launched the MoreGallons.com brand nationally beginning with a radio spot airing on Sirius/XM. MoreGallons offers an innovative and secure fuel savings program for buyers of large quantities of fuel (government and private fleets, boat, plane and RV owners, etc.), enabling members to pre-purchase fuel online at current pricing for later use when prices rise at the pump. Similar to other buyers’ clubs, there is an annual membership fee. The program works for individuals or small companies with five or more vehicles. MoreGallons has a sister company, MyGallons.com, to handle the needs of typical consumers with less than five vehicles.
The jingle was written and produced by D4 and performed by troubadour, Chet Wilkins, (see ChetWilkins.com). “We believe that a new program like this needs to be introduced in as memorable way as possible, and nothing tickles the memory bone more than a very catchy hook like the one the MoreGallons jingle has,” says Kurt Shore, President and Chief Creative Officer of D4.
“We chose Sirius/XM as media due to the large driver-based demo they enjoy- and that’s our audience,” Shore continued.
D4 is also responsible for developing the brand; it’s identity, web site, tv and radio assets, and all collateral materials.
